School mornings - Liam

 I just wake up.

I don’t know what wakes me – just all of a sudden I wake up. Sometimes I lie there for a bit.

I hear curtains being pulled. I sometimes I hear the shower running. I don’t hear my sister starting up she starts up late. I get up as the bathroom door opens it was Mum and she says to me “are you getting ready”

“I’ve just got out of bed,”  I said walking past her. 

"OH NO, IT’S A SCHOOL DAY AGAIN!!!"
