                                    My BMX bike
I got a BMX racing bike.  The brand of bike is red line it is an expert.  The bike was $220, it is a awesome bike. I love it to.

I got the bike off trade me.  Its red and silver.
We went out to Oakura to get it.

When I get too big for the bike I will give it to Barnie, then he will give it to Deno when he outgrows it, and then we will sell it.

We are writing the scene talked about in our class book. The rats tell about when they were living in a village and went to the Sunday market to eat the leftovers. The men from the laboratory come and capture some. This is that part written. Can you build up pictures in your head from our writing. can you imagine the scene?

I see all the rat's sprinting to hied.  I see rat's getting chased and caught.  A net flew past my home.  One of the rats was bleeding and one had its tail cut off.  Some rats got caught.  The people got some and went away.

I was going down the steep down ramp. Then I was not going to make the 2 meter gap. Neck-minute  I flip over the bars and got a big bruise. I got winded, I fell from about 3 meters high. At BMX

Tyre Repair Needed - Patch

Yesterday someone let the air out of both my BMX bike tyres.  Some one put a pin in my bike tyre too.  If you know who did it please let me know.  Come let Patch or Mrs mcallister in room 11 know.   I didn't bring my bike to day because I don't want it to happened again.  by Patch 

Patch and Boo Boo.

“Patch!”  i looked around and said “what mum?”

“We are getting boo boo tonight.” so i got Evan and we biked home.  “Evan I am going to tell my teacher.”  I told my teacher, “we are going to get boo boo our kitten tonight.”

  Boo boo is a kitten, he is 8 weeks old and his owner died.  Boo boo is very playful and fun.  My mum was mopping the vinyl and he got on the wet floor and was sliding .  Then he went in to the wool.

he had an operation to help him not be so aggressive. Boo boo jumped up on to my mum and dads bed. Boo boo jumped on to barnie and deno’s bed too.  Boo boo jumped on to my bed too.  Boo boo loves my mum dad bed the most.  Boo boo sleeps on your head too.

Patch Adams is a doctor.  Patch Adams  is not very rich because he gives a lot of his money to poor people.  People think that he is a freak head but he is kind to people and kids.  Patch Adams is well known.

On Wednesday I went to Bmx with my Mum and Dad.  I maked same non friends Sarah and Brooke.  My friend Evan das bmx with me.  Evan love bmx and I love bmx too.  When I am at the gate I get very very nervous.  Then I shoot out like a cheater.  When I was racing one person pulled the break and I kept on going I was coming first.  I went too high on the berm then Brooke past me. Then I was coming 2nd and that was aill ridt so I com 2nd. I was so pafed. I got a l&p drink.  A lot of poelp said that I was very good.

On Wednesday I went to Bmx racing light.  They were grading. You can hire Bmx bikes, helmets, gloves, pants, and tops. I see Evan at Bmx night. I love Bmx racing. I want to be like Cody Stevens. I race at Marfell Bmx track. They are moving the Bmx track out to Bellblock. Marfell Bmx track will be tern into a Mountain bike track. I can get to the Bmx track in my van and on my bike. If it is raining they will cancel Bmx racing . If it is fine we can go.  It starts at 5pm and finishes at 8pm.

Patch's reflection on today

I really liked learning about learning. It made me think about if there was on learning the world would not be the same. I think that learning can really help me to become smarter.

Room 11 Students Feature in the Omata School Newsletter - Patch, Nikki, Jake and Liam

Omata School had this group of very talented Room 11 children visit them to find out how Omata promote and protect the Maori Culture an Language at their school. You will have to ask them what they found out. Or leave a question in the comment box - they may well leave you a reply!!

Tramp Scooter

In the weekend I made a Tramp Scooter.  A Tramp Scooter is a scooter you can use on a tramp!

How to make a Tramp Scooter:

1. Get  the Scooter Frame and Tramp.

2. Get the back wheel off the Scooter.

3. Put the frame onto the scooter and tap it onto the deck.  Do this 3 times on the back of the frame, 2 times on the front and once in the middle.

4.  Go on the tramp with the scooter.

It's cool and fun to do.  I love it.  Try it.

I shot out like a bullet but I was in a kayak.  I was fast like a seal. Some of the kayak kids did the seal entry. The front of the kayak went into the water. I was in a fat kayak. I did it in a thinner one too. My dad Leith pulled my group in the kayaks out of the water. We got to sit in the kayaks. I could go forwards, backwards, turn and go sideways. I was nervous. I put the paddle on my chest. I felt like I was going to flip out of it!
