Why I'm writing about Hamish is because I love him. Anyone who likes dogs should read this story. I have done a lot of work.

My dog Hamish is a black lab hunter way cross Hamish is really big and has soft ears.

I can’t remember when we got him but he is three. I know that we have had him since he was 8 months old.

 

If you run up to him he will jump on you and I learnt that the hard way. Now I’m   prepared for that.  I put my hands up so he stop.

 

The thing Hamish loves to do is probably to lick people to death.

 

 Hamish also loves to go for far walks and runs. I love Hamish because when he ran away. I just had to call him and he came. We love Hamish….

Isla - The morning!

I open my eyes for what feels like the hundredth time that night. I lean over & check the time.
The light from the bathroom was shining in To my room. I feel really excited like kissing a monkey. I
 hear the thump of my feet running down the hall to wake up Siobhan.

"It is Christmas Day'" I shouted!!!

The cat was siting by the fire that we light every Christmas.


I love Christmas because I get to spend time with my family. Siobhan loves Christmas because she wants gifts & presents. Sometimes we go to our nana & grandad's house.  sometimes we bring Hamish  in side the house. 


I think that the rest of the family loves christmas becauseit is family time.


& because of the roast & the good food.


The family also loves chrismas because of decorating the christmas tree!!!

Why are rats enemies to people?

To me, rats are like humans. We have two pet rats in our classroom. I care for them.

In term one Cream our white rat died when I saw her getting put into her grave, I started to cry. Every night I talk to her. I sometimes dream about her. I don’t see why people HATE rats.

 

When I came into room eleven my teacher Mrs McA told me about the rats. That’s how I started to like the rats. Now rats are my second favourite animal (monkeys are first.) I like having classroom pets in room eleven. Baby and Gracie are my favourite pets I have had in any class.

 

I don’t care if they have  Black, Pink or red, eyes. I LOVE them WAY TO MUCH!!! I totally care about any rat, because I care about EVERY rat in the whole entire WORLD!!

Today  I did a tagxedo of the production that we had last night and another one tonight. It will be boring after I have said my part, and I almost fell asleep because it was soooooo weird just sitting down while there was all this acting going on.



My thoughts ...

It was exciting when it was my part. I practised it for a very LONG time before I got it right :)!!!:)

I won the championship for the intermediate highland dancing it was at the T.S.B. show place!!

I have been a highland dancer since I was two!!

My mum told me when I was six or seven that when I saw older people dance I would stand next to her and start to dance their steps:) I want to do highland dancing for the rest of my life!!

The Water Slide - Isla

I waited until it was my turn. Then suddenly there was no one in front of me. So as fast as I could I ran and dived onto the water slide.

Then I was on the water slide. I went super super fast in my penguin slide. 

When I was at the end of the slide, 'SPLASH!' I went into the green disgusting pooey water!

Then I ran back up to the top of the hill to have another go. I tried to beat Jacob bet he bet me up the hill. Then I waited again until it was my turn again.
